Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Because you are dropshipping via Spocket, "buyer's remorse" returns can be difficult to process since your suppliers may not accept them. This template protects you while offering standard consumer protections for damaged goods.
Return Window: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your leather item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Natural variations in leather grain or minor color differences are not considered defects.
We only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

The product arrived damaged or defective (e.g., severe scratches, broken hardware, torn leather).

You received the wrong item.
Note: Because our items are shipped directly from our manufacturer partners, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "wrong size ordered." Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at info@boldandstitch.com with:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

A brief description of the issue.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not send items back to the manufacturer/return address on the shipping label without contacting us first, as we will not be able to track or refund your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the defective item you have following the steps above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
